Hello! I'm Fahim Abdun-Nur - a dad, husband, son, engineer, and daydreamer living in Ottawa, Canada. The goal of this site is to jot down random musings about technology, history, religion, or any other topic I dare cover. The site is self-hosted so at the very least, I'm taking this as a learning opportunity — nothing fancy or pretentious; just my thoughts and experiences. Nothing controversial either - while I love religion + politics, I mostly prefer keeping most thoughts to myself. Especially online - I have no qualms engaging in civil discourse among friends and peers in person.

I've disabled comments on this site because I've imagined it being only one way - where I project my thoughts externally. I don't want to have to deal with moderation. And let's be frank, the internet is full of weirdos – not you, of course.
